If you want to learn to make bread that tastes amazing, is nutritious, and fits the budget --  this is your night. Shannon, owner of the Sourdough School House, will be sharing her best practices for the entire cycle of the sourdough - preparing the starter, natural leavening, proofing, shaping & scoring, and baking the perfect loaf. Let your nose lead you to the kitchen for this one!
