BRIOCHE + STICKY BUNS (Hands-On)

In this hands on brioche class, we start with a demonstration of our brioche and all of the basic principles behind this buttery enriched dough, and a demonstration of how to roll and assemble sticky buns.  Then it’s time to get your hands dirty mixing your own brioche dough to take home, then rolling and shaping sticky buns to bake on your own!  You will go home with a thorough understanding of how to make and work with brioche, as well as your dough and sticky buns from class!
