The Menu - Farmer Dinner
Beef Tartar - Start with a little raw meat treat.
Cobb Salad - Garden lettuce, watercress, endives and Romaine lettuce, tomato, crisp bacon, buttermilk fried chicken, devilish eggs, avocado, chives, cheese, and red-wine vinaigrette.
Chateaubriand - A HUGE roast beef tenderloin, with a sauce of shallots, mushroom, thyme, bay leaf, Okanagan wine, veal stock and beurre maître d'hôtel (sweet butter infused with parsley). Loads of potatoes and roasted veggies.
Cherry Clafoutis - Local and in season
